AI Content & Growth Specialist

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be formally employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you’ll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: Our client is an Australian-owned e-commerce brand specialising in hand-formulated essential oils (made in the Byron Bay hinterland and bottled in the Southern Highlands, NSW) and natural, Reiki-energy-infused crystals. The brand serves a predominantly female audience through an emotionally driven voice centred on wellness, self-care, and personal empowerment. This brand sells direct-to-consumer via Shopify and ships to Australia, New Zealand, and internationally.

The founder is hands-on and deeply values team culture, fair pay, and long-term growth for her people. This brand already has a Philippines-based marketing and design team you will work alongside remotely.

Role Overview: Our Client is looking for a content AI led marketing specialist who can use AI tools to dramatically increase the speed and volume of high-quality social media content, email campaigns, and brand storytelling.

The right person has a strong marketing eye, is comfortable working with emotionally driven, feminine brand messaging, and is eager to learn and apply new AI tools to content workflows. This is a creative marketing role with AI as an accelerant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repurpose raw photo and video shoot footage into ready-to-publish social media content across TikTok , Instagram , and Facebook , using AI tools to accelerate editing, captioning, and formatting
• Draft, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns using AI-assisted workflows for copy, segmentation, and scheduling
• Create and adapt written content (captions, short-form copy, product descriptions, blog outlines) that aligns with the brand emotionally driven, wellness-focused brand voice
• Turn one video into 20-100 pieces of content using AI.
• Build AI workflows that dramatically increase marketing output.
• Constantly test new AI tools by researching, testing, and recommending new AI tools and workflows that improve content throughput without sacrificing brand authenticity
• Create systems rather than repeating manual work.
• Find ways to automate repetitive marketing tasks.
• Produce TikToks , Reels , Shorts , Facebook videos , image ads, emails, blogs and product pages from the same source material. Help create one of Australia's most AI-driven ecommerce marketing teams.
• Collaborate with the existing marketing and design team to maintain a consistent content calendar and keep output ahead of the shoot schedule
• Support content needs for a new sister brand as it launches
• We don't want someone to edit one great video. We want someone who can build systems that turn one founder interview into 50+ pieces of content using AI.

Your Mission

Your mission is simple.

Take every founder interview, warehouse shoot and product launch and turn it into an endless stream of content across every platform.

You'll use AI to multiply output, automate repetitive work and help build one of Australia's highest-output ecommerce content engines.

We don't expect you to know everything.

We're less interested in what you know today and far more interested in how quickly you learn.

If you're the type of person who spends nights testing new AI tools, watching tutorials, experimenting with prompts and finding better ways to work, we want to meet you.

You don't need to know every AI platform today. You simply need to have an obsession with learning and improving.

What Success Looks Like?

• Content output keeps pace with (or gets ahead of) the fortnightly shoot schedule
• Social content feels authentic, emotionally resonant, and on-brand, not generic or AI-generated in tone
• Email campaigns go out consistently and drive engagement
• The founder's time spent on content coordination is significantly reduced
• Every founder interview produces 30-50 content assets .
• Social media content is scheduled weeks in advance.
• Marketing output doubles within six months.
• AI reduces manual editing time by 70% .
• New AI workflows are introduced every month or two

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5+ years in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Demonstrated experience creating content for e-commerce, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or similarly driven brands
• Strong written English with the ability to write in a warm, empathetic, feminine tone
• Hands-on experience with AI content tools (e.g. ChatGPT , Canva AI , CapCut , Opus Clip , or similar)
• Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms ( Klaviyo or similar)
• Comfortable working across TikTok , Instagram , and Facebook
• Proactive, self-directed, and genuinely curious about emerging AI tools and techniques
