Marketing Coordinator - LinkedIn, GoHighLevel & Marketing Operations

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support LinkedIn marketing, digital campaigns, executive operations, content organization, and marketing systems.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who combines marketing coordination + operational support and is comfortable working with tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Typeform, Jotform, and AI tools .

You’ll work closely with leadership, help keep campaigns organized, and ensure marketing systems run smoothly and consistently.

What You’ll Own

LinkedIn Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Execute and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns
• Support outreach, engagement, and lead generation
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and audience targeting
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on results
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives

GoHighLevel & Marketing Systems

• Manage workflows and lead activity in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Support campaign setup, follow-ups, and CRM organization
• Build surveys and forms using Typeform or Jotform
• Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and execution
• Keep marketing systems clean, organized, and up to date

Content Management

• Build and maintain a centralized content library
• Organize marketing assets for easy access and reuse
• Repurpose content across campaigns and channels
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and presentation
• Support creation of marketing materials and video content

Executive & Operational Support

• Manage calendars, inboxes, and leadership priorities
• Coordinate recurring meetings and follow-ups
• Keep marketing tasks and deadlines organized
• Support smooth execution across day-to-day marketing workflows

Research & Campaign Support

• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research
• Support positioning and messaging development
• Identify ideas to improve campaign performance and engagement
• Provide organized findings to leadership

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, executive support, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and digital campaigns
• Strong proficiency with:
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Typeform or Jotform
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting founders or senior leadership
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and automation platforms
• Background in digital marketing, content coordination, or growth
• Experience with CRM workflows and lead generation systems
• Video content or creative coordination experience
