AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator - AI Automation, Content, Outreach & Creative

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator to work at the intersection of AI, marketing, content, outreach, events, and creative execution.

This is not a traditional Marketing Coordinator role .

We’re looking for someone who naturally works inside AI tools and treats AI as a starting point for execution—not simply an editing assistant. You should enjoy building workflows, experimenting with emerging tools, automating repetitive tasks, and using AI to dramatically increase the speed and quality of your work.

You’ll work directly with leadership and contribute across nearly every external-facing initiative, including podcasts, conferences, books, websites, landing pages, outreach campaigns, presentations, webinars, social media, and client communications .

This role is ideal for someone who is highly resourceful, learns independently, moves quickly, and enjoys solving problems without needing step-by-step instructions.

What You’ll Own

AI Systems & Workflow Development

• Work daily inside AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw , and similar emerging platforms
• Build and improve AI-driven workflows, prompts, agents, and operational systems
• Use AI to streamline content creation, research, outreach, design, and internal execution
• Identify repetitive processes that can be automated or improved
• Continuously experiment with new AI tools and practical business use cases
• Turn successful workflows into repeatable systems

Content & Social Media Management

• Manage company social media channels end-to-end
• Draft and schedule LinkedIn content for leadership and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain structured content calendars
• Repurpose podcast transcripts into posts, clips, hooks, summaries, and engagement content
• Develop campaign ideas, content angles, and growth strategies proactively
• Monitor engagement and optimize content based on performance

Podcast Production & Distribution

• Coordinate podcast recording schedules and logistics
• Manage recording software, audio, and video setup
• Edit podcast episodes and prepare them for publishing
• Produce social clips, captions, summaries, and promotional assets
• Manage the podcast workflow from scheduling through final publication and promotion

Cold Outreach & Lead Generation

• Build and manage LinkedIn outreach workflows and automations
• Create and execute cold email campaigns
• Support domain setup, warmup, and campaign infrastructure
• Build targeted lead databases using Clay and similar platforms
• Use AI to improve prospect research and outreach personalization
• Test messaging, targeting, subject lines, sequences, and CTAs
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results

Creative & Design Execution

• Update and improve website pages and landing pages
• Design postcards, event materials, sales collateral, and conference assets
• Create polished presentations, pitch decks, and branded documents
• Use Canva, AI-powered design tools , and similar platforms to create high-quality visual assets
• Support self-publishing projects, including Amazon KDP formatting, cover coordination, and logistics

Email Marketing & Communications

• Create and distribute newsletters to leads and clients
• Draft professional outbound emails for clients, partners, and prospects
• Build nurture campaigns and follow-up sequences
• Support sales and client communication workflows
• Assist with client gifting and relationship-management initiatives

Events, Conferences & Webinars

• Coordinate conference registrations, sponsorships, vendors, and deadlines
• Manage booth materials, event collateral, shipping, and travel coordination
• Build webinar presentations, outlines, and supporting materials
• Coordinate webinar communications and promotional assets
• Support live webinar and event execution as needed

Light Technical Support

• Navigate tools such as GitHub, Supabase, and Cloudflare
• Handle simple website and configuration updates
• Make basic DNS and domain-related changes when required
• Troubleshoot straightforward technical issues independently
• Collaborate with developers when deeper technical implementation is required
• Use AI to assist with lightweight technical tasks and problem-solving

Requirements

Must-Have

• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar platforms
• Strong ability to build AI workflows, prompts, automations, or operational systems
• Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability
• Experience managing content, marketing, outreach, or communication workflows
• Experience creating social media content, newsletters, outreach campaigns, or marketing assets
• Comfortable independently learning and navigating technical platforms and dashboards
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines
• Experience using Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
• Highly resourceful and comfortable figuring things out without detailed instructions
• Reliable remote work setup
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

• Podcast editing, production, or audio/video editing experience
• Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead , LinkedIn automation, or similar outbound systems
• Familiarity with elective healthcare, aesthetics, ophthalmology, medspa, or plastic surgery industries
• Experience coordinating webinars, conferences, or events
• Email marketing and newsletter management experience
• Familiarity with GitHub, Supabase, or Cloudflare
• Experience with Amazon KDP or self-publishing workflows
• Strong understanding of social media growth and audience engagement
• Experience using AI for design, content scaling, workflow automation, or operational efficiency
