About The Opportunity
Our Social Connections Club at our Okemos Hub is booming and we need an awesome BCBA to help us keep the momentum going! If you're passionate about neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy and love the idea of building something meaningful alongside a team that's in it for the long haul, this could be your next work home. This role is centered on our thriving social groups, with a smaller in-home caseload to round things out. You'll join a crew of BCBAs already deep in this work, bringing your own creativity and energy to help shape social skills programming for clients from toddlers all the way through teens.

Consistent attendance is the heartbeat of our groups. Clients earn and keep a priority spot, so we need someone reliable, energetic, and genuinely excited to show up for after-school and evening sessions. This isn't just supervision; it's hands-on facilitation: fading prompts, building independence, and helping clients generalize social skills in a fun, natural group setting.

What You'll Do

Facilitate and supervise after-school/evening social skills groups across multiple age bands (toddlers, preschool, elementary, adolescents, teens), working hand-in-hand with our social groups team

Bring fresh ideas to programming and help shape the long-term growth of our social groups

Skillfully fade prompts and supports to build lasting client independence

Carry a smaller caseload of in-home ABA therapy clients alongside your group work

Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship consistent with BACB standards

Keep families in the loop, celebrating progress and reinforcing skills beyond group time

Active BCBA certification

Availability for after-school and evening hours
