Bilingual HR Recruiting Generalist

Position: HR Generalist

Location : Kenosha, WI (ON-SITE only)

Position Overview This role provides human resources support across two locations in the region. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, policy and procedure administration, benefits, workers' compensation, training, performance management, and leave of absence coordination. The Bilingual HR Generalist will also collaborate closely with HR team members to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that advance departmental and organizational goals.

General Accountabilities Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements

Update organizational charts and project lists

Support various human resource programs and procedures for all employees

Full-cycle recruiting for open positions

Conduct new hire orientations and manage the entire onboarding process

Respond to employee inquiries and requests for assistance on a variety of matters

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law

Special projects as assigned

Skills Required Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a relevant human resources role

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Other duties as assigned by management

Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

At least one year of human resource management experience preferred
