The Program Manager is the primary point of accountability for Zetron's performance under a statewide public safety communications and managed services contract. Reporting to the Director of Solution Delivery, the Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the activities of Zetron personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure contractual commitments, service objectives, project deliverables, and financial targets are achieved. Serving as the primary customer-facing representative for program execution, the Program Manager provides overall planning, coordination, oversight, and reporting across the program lifecycle. The role ensures alignment between customer expectations, contract requirements, and delivery resources while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes that may impact successful program outcomes.
Manage the successful execution of a statewide public safety communications program in accordance with contractual, operational, financial, and performance requirements.
Maintain integrated program plans, schedules, priorities, and performance measures.
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to address schedule, cost, quality, or service delivery issues.
Provide program insights to Senior Leadership in support of program planning, forecasting, governance, and strategic decision-making.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer on program execution, operational performance, and contract delivery matters.
Coordinate communications and activities among Zetron teams, subcontractors, vendors, state agencies, PSAPs, and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships that support successful program outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Contract & Vendor Management
Ensure program activities are executed in accordance with contract requirements, service obligations, and approved change orders.
Coordinate the review, implementation, and administration of contract modifications and program changes.
Manage subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure delivery commitments, schedules, and quality standards are met.
Support procurement, contracting, and commercial activities as required throughout the program lifecycle
Financial Management & Reporting
In partnership with Finance and Operational teams, monitor program budgets, forecasts, resource utilization revenue performance, and financial objectives.
Prepare and maintain program status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for customer and internal stakeholders.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions when required.
Support achievement of program revenue, margin, and operational performance targets.
Risk, Governance & Compliance
Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and applicable regulatory obligations.
Escalate significant risks, issues, and decisions to the Director of Solution Delivery as appropriate.
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex technology deployment or managed service programs.
Strong program coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
Experience managing customer relationships, subcontractors, vendors, and contractual obligations.
Strong financial, scheduling, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
Must be able to work remotely
Travel:
- Travel is required, about 30% of the time, typically within the Americas.
- Ability to travel overnight
- Ability to travel internationally
Bachelor's degree in business, sciences or equivalent preferred
- 7+ years of Program Management or senior level Project Management experience leading telecom programs within contract requirements in a technology environment.
