The meals you help prepare and serve support healing, dignity, and quality of life. You'll build real relationships with residents and be part of celebrating their milestones along the way.Position Overview: Dietary AideWe're looking for someone who takes pride in supporting quality care and enjoys being part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment.What You'll Do:Support meal and snack preparation, service, and deliveryKeep work areas, equipment, tables, and floors clean and sanitaryWash dishes and utensils; collect soiled items and store clean items properlyReview meal trays for accuracy based on menus and diet ordersStore raw and leftover food safely and correctlyFollow all Universal Precautions, sanitation, safety, and infection-control proceduresWork some weekends and holidays as part of the team rotationWhat We're Looking For:A patient, respectful, and upbeat attitude—especially when working with older adults and individuals with disabilitiesAbility to speak, read, write, and understand EnglishAbility to follow both written and verbal instructionsAt least 18 years of ageReliable, dependable, and able to perform the essential functions of the roleIf you're ready to be part of a team that cares deeply about the work we do and the people we serve, we'd love to meet you.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in the workplace."
