Canada, and South Africa, we're on a path to put a million people to work annually, and our Shawnee office needs a Recruiter who's ready to make that happen locally.

You're comfortable on the phone, comfortable in an office, and you genuinely like solving problems and helping people — even when the pace picks up fast.

Serve as the first point of contact for candidates — answering calls, filtering inquiries, and making a great first impression

Conduct structured in-person interviews to gather, verify, and update candidate information

Screen candidates against set eligibility criteria and qualify applications

Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews and keep the pipeline moving

Manage client accounts, serving as a point of contact and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction

Accurately enter data into internal systems

Take detailed messages and relay information to the recruiting team

Customer service or sales experience

Strong data entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to remain agile and flexible as the needs of the office/team change
