HR Generalist - Full Time (Remote)

Are you excited about providing Human Resources (HR) support to management and employees on a broad range of people-related topics? Join our Human Resources (HR) department as our new Human Resources Generalist / People Advisor and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.
As our HR Generalist/People Advisor , you will join our People Advisory organization within North America and report to the Regional Head of People Advisory. However, you will have opportunities to collaborate with People Advisory across the world on global projects and processes, driving our people agenda forward. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. provide coaching, support, and guidance to managers and employees; Collaborate across teams globally, championing change and continuous improvement within HR. Support day-to-day operations through handling and resolution of cases in ServiceNow in line with appropriate service-level agreements (SLAs). Demonstrate understanding of Workday HRIS functions.
Occasional travel (less than 5%) may be required.
As part of the team, you take an active role in improving processes and ways of working while delivering services with a cohesive “One HR” approach. You will work with the People Advisory team to ensure consistent, high-quality support for employees and managers. Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in Human Resources in a multi-state environment with a strong employee relations focus.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or equivalent certification is strongly desired.
Comprehensive understanding of employment practices, policies, procedures, and all relevant state and federal employment laws. Strong proactive and collaborative ability across cross-cultural and virtual environments.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system, HRIS (preferably Workday), PowerBI reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
