You will help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, movement, pain, and long-term function in an outpatient orthopedic environment.

Communicate clearly with patients, Physical Therapists, clinic staff, and leadership.

Build strong patient relationships through encouragement, coaching, and consistent care.

Follow clinic standards, New Mexico practice guidelines, and PTA scope of practice.

Strong understanding of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.

Ability to follow and progress treatment plans within PTA scope of practice.

Clear communication with patients, Physical Therapists, and clinic team members.

Strong patient engagement, coaching, and education skills.

Good clinical judgment when monitoring patient response, safety, and tolerance.

Comfortable documenting in an EMR system.

Team‑first approach with willingness to support clinic flow.

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Active New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.

New graduates with strong outpatient clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
