Professional Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Clovis, NM . Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, this role involves implementing individualized care plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment. Implement physical therapy treatment plans as established by the evaluating Physical Therapist.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional activities focusing on movement, performance, and long-term results.
Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure high standards of care.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of New Mexico (or eligible for licensure).
Base Salary: $33 to $37 per hour (commensurate with clinical experience).
Incentive Pay: Optional performance-based compensation structure available for accommodating additional patient volume.
