As a key member of the litigation team, you will manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through trial. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your cases, work directly with clients, and appear regularly in court while collaborating with experienced attorneys who are committed to delivering outstanding client service.

Manage a broad range of civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution or trial.

Develop litigation strategy and represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.

Perform legal research and prepare persuasive legal memoranda and case analyses.

Build trusted relationships with clients while providing practical legal counsel and exceptional service.

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful client outcomes.

from an accredited law school.

Demonstrated civil litigation experience.

Trial experience or significant courtroom advocacy experience strongly preferred.

Excellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

A self-motivated attorney who enjoys working collaboratively and building lasting client relationships.
