Non-Invasive Cardiologist

We are seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist (MD/DO) to join a growing cardiovascular team. This position offers the opportunity to practice within a collaborative regional cardiovascular network. The Non-Invasive Cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in both outpatient and hospital settings. Responsibilities include providing non-invasive cardiology consultations and evaluations for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. You will participate in the congestive heart failure clinic, providing ongoing management and care for heart failure patients. Managing patients with lipid disorders and cardiovascular risk factors will also be part of your responsibilities. Conducting presurgical cardiac evaluations for patients undergoing surgical procedures is required. You will interpret and perform diagnostic cardiology testing including echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiograms. Providing inpatient cardiology consultations and participating in hospital-based cardiovascular management is expected. Collaboration with advanced practice providers, registered nurses, and medical assistants will be necessary. You will contribute to the management of patients with implantable cardiac devices, including pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators, including remote monitoring. Close work with a cardiovascular network will be required. Care for patients requiring management of arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and valvular heart disease will be part of your role. Collaboration with interventional cardiology and cardiothoracic teams for managing procedures such as cardiac catheterization and percutaneous coronary intervention is required.
