RETENTION BONUS AVAILABLE! At the Great Falls Clinic Hospital, we pride ourselves on providing high quality care and exceptional service to our patients. Promotes safe, efficacious, and cost-effective medication therapy by participating in the provision and documentation of clinical pharmacy services and execution of medication initiatives. Maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances. Responds to medication related inquiries from other healthcare professionals and patients. Support hospital auto-substitution policies and other pharmacy dosing programs. Participate in medication reconciliation patient interviews, medication safety audits, automated dispensing cabinet audits, DEA and diversion monitoring, antibiotic stewardship, opioid stewardship, IV to PO conversion, renal dosing, vancomycin/aminoglycoside dosing, TPN monitoring and management, and assist with additional pharmacy clinical program development. Participate in daily patient rounding and pharmacy team huddles. Reports to Director of Pharmacy.
Education

Graduate of a college of Pharmacy
Doctor of Pharmacy degree, preferred
One to two years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Hospital pharmacy residency, preferred
Current Montana licensed Pharmacist

Working computer knowledge in Meditech.
