Director of Human Resources Location: If You Are: Passionate about employee engagement
What You’ll Do: As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the strategic implementation and execution of policies and procedures relating to our most important asset—our employees. Provide leadership across organizational levels in regard to employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and compensation
Provide day‑to‑day performance management guidance to line management
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Partner with third‑party resources to maintain and develop employee benefit programs, recruitment campaigns, and hiring processes
Manage onboarding, leave, investigation, and hiring procedures
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Multi‑state/unit organizational experience preferred
5+ years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS
