Baker & Bakery Production Lead

The Lead Baker is responsible for overseeing the consistent quantity and quality of all bakery products and production on a daily basis. The Lead Baker will assist the Bakery Management Team with training Team Members to improve baking and decorating skills, enforcing policies and procedures, ensuring that all sanitation rules and regulations are being followed (which includes bleach buckets, wearing of hats, gloves, etc.), Provide the highest quality that we can give.

Oversee and help in product rotation, like with the fruit, dairy products, etc.

Help fill out production forms.

Help organize, condense, and clean the freezers and walk-in.

Help put away any stock that comes in and to keep all items orderly.

Maintain food safety and sanitation protocol pertaining to the bakery.

Previous experience as a Baker or Culinary degree preferred.

3 years’ experience in a lead/supervisory role.

General knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the bakery.

Must have a general knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the bakery.

Comfortable working in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
