In this role you will support a Warehouse environment. Having prior warehouse support experience is highly favorable for this position.

Title: WMS Support Analyst (Level 1)

Location: Southern California (Onsite with travel between local warehouse facilities)

Office Hours: 9am to 5pm. After hours call might happen due to business requirements.

Contract Duration : 6-12+ Months (start ASAP)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on WMS Support Analyst to provide onsite technical support for warehouse operations and distribution facilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll support warehouse users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with WMS-related problems, and help keep warehouse operations running efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse technology experience who wants to expand their knowledge of WMS platforms and enterprise IT support.

What You'll Do

Provide onsite technical support for warehouse personnel and business users.

Troubleshoot issues involving WMS applications, warehouse technology, Windows workstations, and user software.

Diagnose and resolve problems involving:

RF scanners

PCs and laptops

Warehouse workstations

User peripherals

Own support tickets from initial report through resolution or appropriate escalation.

Determine whether issues are related to hardware, software, networking, WMS applications, or user error.

Configure and support warehouse devices including RF equipment and barcode printers.

Create and maintain accurate documentation within the ticketing system.

Manage user accounts and application access.

Work closely with IT teammates and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.

Travel between warehouse locations to provide onsite support as needed.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that improve support processes and warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or warehouse technology experience.

Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center environments.

RF scanners

Windows PCs

User hardware

Exposure to one or more WMS or TMS platforms.

Experience supporting Windows operating systems, software, user accounts, connectivity, and computer hardware.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and determine root cause.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Comfortable working onsite and directly supporting warehouse users.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more warehouse management systems such as:

Synapse

WMOS

SCALE

Other enterprise WMS or TMS platforms

Experience supporting warehouse technologies including:

Barcode scanners

Warehouse workstations

Basic wired and wireless networking

Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
