Walnut Hills is seeking a Part-time Nurse Assistant to join our Assisted Living team. This is a non-certified entry-level position that gives you the opportunity to gain valuable hands‑on experience caring for older adults while learning from experienced nurses, CNAs, and other caregivers.
You don't need to arrive with a healthcare background. What matters most is that you're dependable, compassionate, willing to learn, and genuinely interested in helping others.

This is not a certified nursing assistant (CNA) position, and CNA certification is not required to apply. What You'll Do As a Nurse Assistant, you'll provide day‑to‑day support to residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
Helping residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
Supporting residents while encouraging independence and maintaining dignity.
Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
Working alongside CNAs, nurses, and other members of the care team.
Observing residents and reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Following established care and safety procedures.
Providing compassionate support throughout each shift.
