Work From Home - Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate attorney in Newport Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for consumer rights and a minimum of three years of litigation experience. This role offers the opportunity to engage in various phases of litigation, including trial preparation, and to work closely with experienced attorneys.
Duties Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers.
Draft and review written discovery and document productions.
Prepare and argue motions related to discovery disputes and other legal challenges.
Prepare clients for depositions and defend consumer client depositions.
Depose witnesses, including corporate representatives and experts.
Attend vehicle inspections with expert witnesses.
Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
California Bar license in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in California.
Proficiency in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook.
Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and deadline management.
Willingness to travel within California for court appearances and depositions.
Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
