Head of Sales Management

Ridango is a global company building technology for public transport systems. We work with operators and authorities in 28 countries, helping them run more efficient and user-friendly services‑from ticketing and payments to real‑time operations and passenger apps.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager in Sweden with the hunter mindset

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be finding new opportunities, working with existing customers, and leading bids from start to finish. Build and manage strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders, driving growth opportunities.

Deliver tailored sales presentations, represent the company at events, and negotiate to close deals.

Manage the end‑to‑end bid process, coordinating with internal teams to deliver competitive proposals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

Prepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Experience in sales, business development, or bid management.

Comfortable working with larger deals and longer sales cycles.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.

Familiar with CRM tools and standard office software.

A degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Swedish and English language skills.
