Service Plumbing Area ManagerBayonet Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Plumbing Area Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our plumbing services within a designated territory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of plumbers, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide hands-on technical expertise, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Foster a positive team culture focused on performance, accountability, and professionalism.Project ManagementCoordinate and schedule plumbing service projects to ensure efficient allocation of labor and resources.Monitor project timelines to ensure timely and accurate completion.Quality AssuranceOversee work quality and ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company policies.Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations.Address customer concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively.Technical ExpertiseProvide advanced technical support to plumbers on complex service issues.Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs within the team and support ongoing skill development.Facilitate training programs to improve technical and customer service capabilities.Resource ManagementManage inventory, tools, vehicles, and equipment to support operational needs.Performance EvaluationConduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.Budget & Cost ControlMonitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability.Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.Conduct safety meetings, job-site audits, and ensure proper use of PPE.Specific QualificationsQualificationsProven experience as a service plumber or residential plumbing technician, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Valid plumbing license if applicable to local and state regulations.Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and equipment.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.Proficiency with project management software and digital tools.Strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety practices.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support.
