Head of Compliance Operations

Operations Supervisor – Cleveland, OH$18–$20/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Monday through Friday | 6:00 a.m. We’re a small, fast growing operation in the food industry seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor who’s ready to lead, innovate, and grow with us.What You’ll Do:As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of our product and keep daily operations running smoothly. Your leadership will shape efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the facility.Coordinate, improve, and execute daily operations across the plantOversee production and quality control, including planning for maintenanceManage costs by monitoring equipment efficiency, waste, direct labor, and materialsReview performance metrics and recommend process improvements regularlyManage budgets to align with company goalsEnsure full compliance with sanitation, food safety, and regulatory requirementsConduct food safety audits and partner with ODA/USDA for third-party certificationsLead and supervise staff involved in production, QC, cost control, and labor planningRecruit, hire, develop, and retain top talentIdentify opportunities to introduce new products, processes, or servicesDrive operational excellence to support strong internal and external customer satisfaction
