Finance Operations Manager

We are in need of an Operations Finance Manager to oversee operations for a manufacturing and warehouse business in the Cleveland, OH area. This role involves managing production, logistics, finance, quality, safety, and administrative functions.Seeking a dynamic leader who can drive plant performance, financial discipline, customer service, and team management.Duties:Direct daily operations for manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, maintenance, finance, and support departmentsEnsure production schedules, staffing, materials, equipment, quality standards, and customer delivery targets are metSupervise financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, accounting, credit, and internal controlsImplement process enhancements, cost control measures, inventory accuracy improvements, and operational efficiency initiativesEnhance warehouse performance, material flow, shipping accuracy, order fulfillment, and inventory managementCollaborate with sales, customer service, finance, HR, and leadership teams to achieve business objectivesEnsure compliance with OSHA, environmental, safety, quality, tax, and regulatory standardsProvide mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to operations and finance staffResolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, costs, quality, or service levelsSupport strategic planning, performance evaluations, and organizational enhancement effortsAct as a U.S. entity representative/signatory as directed by executive managementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, supply chain, operations, or related disciplineLeadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, or similar industryUnderstanding of finance, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and cost managementBackground in overseeing people, processes, performance metrics, and cross-functional business areasKnowledge of safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory guidelinesStrong problem-solving, communication, planning, and team leadership abilitiesCapability to enhance processes while upholding customer service, quality, and financial responsibility
