#We are actively looking for a Regional HR Manager to oversee, create, and conduct policy, audits, and compliance regionally for FCS in Multiple East Coast States.

The Regional HR Manager responsibilities include supervising local HR teams, implementing company policies and assisting with day-to-day regional HR issues. To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of local labor regulations and experience with Human Resource Management Software.

Ultimately, you will ensure we build and maintain a strong local and regional employer brand.

Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams
Investigate and help respond to EEOC claims and potential lawsuits
Administer process for annual reviews for administrative staff
Audit timekeeping and review processes for non-exempt administrative employees
Develop and assist managers with coaching and counseling forms and procedures
Assist with investigations and oversight of W/C claims
Report and handle FMLA claims
Prepare and manage division's budget
Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
Implement company policies
Ensure all HR operations adhere to local and state legal standards- ex. Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
Coordinate with VP of Human Resources to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives
Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
Understanding of full cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of local labor regulations in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas
Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelors Degree
