Maintenance & Millwright Positions - 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Night Shift Schedule: M-F 12am to 9:30am If It Breaks, You Fix It. At Trademark Metals Recycling, our Millwright II technicians are the backbone of our maintenance operation. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and keep heavy industrial equipment and facilities running in a fast-paced scrap metal yard. therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Maintain industrial machinery and equipment using hoists, lift trucks, and hand and power tools

Replace hydraulic hoses and perform minor welding and fabrication work

Operate forklift, manlift, and crane to support maintenance tasks

Work with the millwright team on preventative maintenance, scheduled repair projects, and daily production support

Troubleshoot mechanical problems and lead or assist with unscheduled repairs as they come up

Perform daily equipment inspections and report defects or needed repairs to your supervisor

No two shifts are the same — you’ll be solving real mechanical problems on industrial equipment every day. 2-5 years of millwright or industrial maintenance experience required.

Job Requirements - What We\'re Looking For 2-5 years of millwright or industrial maintenance experience — required

Welding and fabricating experience — even basic skills go a long way here

Able to operate forklift, manlift, and crane — or willing to get certified

Dependable — shows up on time and ready to work every shift

Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities without constant supervision

Able to stand or walk for most of the shift (up to 12 hours)

Comfortable working outdoors in heat and all weather conditions

Flexible to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
