Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and home exercise regimens
Ensure accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, adhering strictly to facility and regulatory standards
Engage in multidisciplinary care team rounds and conferences to promote coordinated and comprehensive care
Education and Certifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or its equivalent from a recognized educational program
Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state
CPR certification is desired
