About Morpho Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.

Role The mission of this role is to make Morpho the home of the best vault products in DeFi by owning the Vaults vertical end to end, from the consumer application down to the protocol layer, and setting the strategy for how Morpho works with a rapidly growing ecosystem of external vault providers.

Responsibilities Define and drive the product roadmap for Morpho Vaults, from the application layer down to the protocol, to grow vault deposits and make depositing and earning on Morpho effortless.

Own Morpho's overall vault strategy, working across engineering, partnerships, integrations, legal, and GTM to deliver a best-in-class product.

Build and run a customer research program across trading desks, institutional clients, curators, and depositors to deeply understand their needs and represent them internally so teams make informed decisions.

Navigate legal and regulatory complexity around vault products, partnering with legal to shape product and technical decisions that keep the offering robust.

You have designed and shipped the first items on a roadmap that materially grows vault deposits. Must-have Experience & Skills 5+ years of product experience with a proven track record of shipping real products that people use.

Deep experience in finance and/or crypto: either a traditional finance background with strong crypto exposure, or hands-on experience building crypto or DeFi products.

Ability to operate across the full product stack, from consumer application UX down to protocol-level design questions.

Comfort engaging with legal and regulatory complexity in financial products.
