About the role As a Customs Entry Writer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ imports move smoothly, compliantly, and on time. You will manage end-to-end customs brokerage operations for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, partnering closely with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely updates and resolving shipment inquiries

Coordinate shipment clearance with freight forwarders, carriers, airlines, and CFS facilities to ensure timely release

Track and trace inbound shipments from arrival through final delivery, proactively addressing delays or risks

Support billing processes, delivery orders, and operational reporting requirements

What We Are Looking For: Operational accuracy & compliance focus: we are looking for someone who is highly detail‑oriented, committed to accuracy, and proactive in ensuring all customs processes and documentation meet regulatory and company standards

Solid understanding of import processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience; Your Impact In this role, you will contribute directly to enhancing customer experience, ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the adoption of standardized processes and digital tools across customs brokerage operations.
