Position Summary Responsible for delivering high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities RNs in our senior rehabilitation unit provide exceptional nursing care to elderly patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This role works closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal recovery and overall well-being.

Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

Monitoring residents' conditions and promptly responding to changes

Accurately documenting care, progress, and outcomes

Providing education and emotional support to residents and their families

Collaborating with team members to continuously improve quality of care
