PERM Immigration Paralegal

Immigration ParalegalRequired Skills & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.2+ years of immigration paralegal experience with a focus on permanent residency cases.Experience preparing employment-based permanent residency filings (PERM, I-140, I-485) and/or family-based green card applications.Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes, procedures, and documentation requirements.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training.Experience supporting high-volume immigration caseloads.Knowledge of nonimmigrant visa categories (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.).Bilingual language skills are a plus.Job SummaryA client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal specializing in Permanent Residency (PR) matters to support attorneys and clients throughout the employment-based and family-based immigration process. This individual will manage case preparation, document collection, government filings, and client communications while ensuring compliance with applicable immigration laws and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file employment-based and family-based permanent residency applications.Draft immigration forms, petitions, support letters, and legal documents for attorney review.Collect, review, and organize supporting documentation from clients and employers.Track case progress, filing deadlines, priority dates, and government correspondence.Communicate with clients regarding case status, documentation requirements, and filing procedures.Coordinate with government agencies, employers, and legal teams as needed.Maintain accurate case records and immigration databases.Conduct legal and factual research related to immigration matters.Ensure compliance with USCIS and other applicable immigration regulations.
