Recruiter (Entry Level Sales/ Recruiting)

Pay Rate: $22.15 per hour
Eligible for uncapped commission based on individual performance. Estimated n-target earnings (base pay plus commission) are approximately $56,000 to $66,000 annually; Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

• Utilize the company's database and external sourcing tools to identify prospective candidates.

Conduct recruiting outreach to prospective and existing candidates, including a goal of approximately 50 calls per day.
Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Generate and communicate potential sales leads to the Sales and Account Management teams.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Interest in recruiting, staffing, sales, or account management.
Bachelor's degree, military experience, or a combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Internship or professional experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field.
