RN - Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry - Full Time

i4 Search Group is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Services / Telemetry to join our team in Kenosha. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

In this role, you will monitor patients' cardiac health, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. You will play a vital role in our cardiac services, ensuring the highest standards of care while contributing to positive patient outcomes within the Hospital/Health Care industry.

Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients' cardiac conditions

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create care plans

Provide patient and family education on cardiac health

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions

Lead patient assessments and contribute to evaluations

Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing (required; BSN preferred)Active RN license in Wisconsin and/or Illinois (based on assignment)

Current BLS certification (required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Current ACLS certification (required, or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

2+ years of experience in Cardiac Services or telemetry nursing

Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry systems

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
