Duration: 13 or 26 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM OR Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 4x12-Hour Shifts | Variable Days
Local Candidates Required: No
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes
Pay Rate: $1,900 – $2,010/Week

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to provide nursing care, medication administration, resident monitoring, and ongoing support in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
Active Alaska LPN/LVN license in hand.
Minimum 1 year of experience.
LTC experience required.
Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted.
BLS certification required.
Alaska Food Worker Certification required; may be completed during onsite orientation.
Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Assist with resident assessment, monitoring, and ongoing care.
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the ECS system.
Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare team members.
Provide safe and compassionate resident care.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Float within scope as needed to meet facility staffing needs.
