Position Purpose
Perform simple to moderately complex analytical laboratory testing in a GMP environment using scientific education and analytical chemistry experience. Interpret analytical data to determine conformance with specifications and support API, Raw Material, In-Process, and Drug Product testing laboratories .

Key Responsibilities
Independently perform and verify trained laboratory techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve analytical and instrument issues.
Identify and implement laboratory process improvements.
Manage time effectively while completing multiple assignments.
Identify and resolve obstacles affecting testing and product release.
Take ownership of special projects supporting laboratory operations.
Communicate proactively with supervisors and team members to support timely product release.
Support regulatory agency audits as needed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
3+ years of laboratory experience
Ability to work with general supervision and independently manage time and priorities.
Ability to multitask based on completed training and qualifications.
Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
GMP experience strongly preferred.
