Solutions Engineer

Checkr's Solutions Engineering team are strategic partners to our Sales and Implementation teams. Solutions Engineers at Checkr are experienced problem solvers with a background in Solutions Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Client Consulting, and understand how technology delivers business value. You'll work consultatively with business leaders, design solutions to real-world challenges, and serve as a trusted expert on safe and fair hiring. As a Solutions Engineer, you will strategically partner with the Sales team to:

Own the technical sale — Partner closely with Sales to navigate complex deals, from first discovery call to signed contract, ensuring prospects see Checkr's full value

Earn trust at every level — Meet with executives and operators alike, tailoring your message to each audience and building relationships that last beyond the sales cycle

Shape the product — Distill customer feedback into actionable insights for our R&D teams, helping drive a roadmap that reflects what the market actually needs

Spot the big picture — Identify trends across verticals and help keep Checkr ahead of the curve

Amplify our story — Partner with Marketing on case studies, use cases, and events that showcase what's possible with Checkr

2-5 years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Success, or a related SaaS role

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed

Our hub locations are Denver, CO; Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. In-office perks are provided, such as lunch five times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a Checkr hub location.
