Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
Previous home health experience preferred. Client will consider candidates with experience in home health settings or equivalent outpatient/skilled nursing exposure.
Reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as call responsibilities decrease with additional PT staff.

Shift Details: Candidate must be able to travel within the assigned coverage area between patient homes.
