Advertising Associate Attorney

A highly regarded Am Law firm is seeking a mid‑to‑senior‑level Privacy Associate to join its expanding practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys the intersection of privacy counseling, government investigations, emerging technologies, and complex regulatory issues.

This team advises clients ranging from innovative startups to established global companies on some of today's most challenging privacy and data‑related matters. Attorneys work collaboratively across offices on sophisticated, high‑impact engagements involving evolving federal and state privacy laws, artificial intelligence, digital advertising, sensitive data, online safety, and regulatory enforcement.

Work on cutting‑edge issues involving AI, digital advertising, health data, children's and teen privacy, online safety, and emerging state privacy laws

Significant exposure to FTC and state attorney general investigations

Collaborative, cross‑office team environment

Drafting advocacy materials, regulatory submissions, and client guidance

Ideal candidates will have: 4+ years of privacy law experience

National or sophisticated law firm experience

Experience handling government investigations, regulatory matters, or privacy enforcement issues

Strong privacy counseling and compliance experience

Excellent writing, analytical, and client‑management skills

Outstanding academic credentials

Intellectual curiosity and an interest in understanding how technology and data systems operate
