COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

We are currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic litigation group. The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of experience in general commercial litigation and meet the following basic requirements:

Undergraduate and JD degrees from accredited academic institutions

Working knowledge or demonstrated interest in commercial and real estate litigation; Excellent time and project management skills

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Effectively communicate with clients and the managing attorney(s) to understand the client’s concerns and provide sound legal advice.

Analyze, evaluate, synthesize, and research case law, statutes, regulations, and documents impacting the firm’s clients.

Utilize strong written and critical thinking skills that lead to comprehensive and persuasive writing.

Communicate clearly and logically (both verbally and in writing) with clients, courts, and counsel.

Work with paralegals and staff to manage documents and ESI in complex litigation.

Ability to maintain attention to detail and produce high-quality work.

Attend Litigation Group and other meetings and firm events, as required.

Initiate and respond to phone calls, emails, etc.
