Full-time Hospice Admission RN

Counties surrounding Office Location

Report to Clinical Coordinator and/or Intake Nurse each shift to learn of assigned visits/tasks for that day. Hospice evals or assessments

Urgent or change of condition visits

PRN visits.

Appropriate follow-up / coordination of care with the involved RNCM or other involved team members after completing a visit.

Mileage reimbursement

Health, dental, vision

One year Hospice experience preferred

1 year of RN experience required

Licensed Registered Nurse in State of Indiana
