Recruiting CoordinatorRootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. We are actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for one of our clients.Location: San Jose, California- OnsiteWork Location: Hybrid: days onsite (Tues,Wed)Job Summary:Responsibilities:Own interview scheduling, including scheduling phone screens, zoom, in person interviews and arranging travel for visiting candidates.Collaborate with internal teams including Hiring Managers, People Operations, IT and Recruiters to maintain clear communication and a consistently high standard throughout the entire screening process.Update candidate records in ATS (Greenhouse).Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via the ATSGenerate and understand requested reports on recruitment activities.Actively partner with People Team members on onboarding of new hires and related activities.Experience with handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Requirements:Bachelors Degree preferred.1 + years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role or HR Coordinator role in a fast-paced, technology environment.Experience with supporting leadership recruiting.Strong technical abilities, including MS Office Suite and Google applications (gmail, calendar and docs)Proficiency using an ATS is required. Ability to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing environments and demands.
