RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated & experienced RN for our SDS at Community Medical Center. RN Degree

NJ RN License

At least one year Current SDS or Critical Care experience

Full Time Day – 40 hours

Providing patient care, based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service

Ongoing communication & education with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient’s care

Participating in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning
