Highlights Location: Brick, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Department/Unit: Emergency Department Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease. Develop and coordinate a patient/family-focused plan of care. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar‑scanning technology. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Adhere to established protocols and document patient care accurately. Requirements Education: Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license required. Experience: 6 months or more of acute care nursing experience required; emergency nursing experience preferred.
