Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family-centered education for health optimization and disease management. Participate in multi-disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions in care. Requirements Education Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license required BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire Experience 6+ months of emergency nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program 2 years of Emergency or pediatric nursing experience preferred Licenses & Certifications BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire ACLS, PALS preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
