About This Role The Nurse Manager Assistant (ANM) is a professional registered nurse who supports the execution of the nursing strategic plan and priorities. Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Jersey Shore University Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You’ll Do Support the organization in executing the nursing strategic plan and priorities. Participate in unit and hospital decision‑making. Provide operational and administrative support to Nurse leadership. Coordinate staffing and support quality and safety outcomes. Assist with recruitment and retention strategies. Participate in unit goal creation reflective of hospital goals. Lead or participate in evidence‑based practice projects. Resolve conflicts and facilitate constructive resolutions. Prepare and conduct periodic performance evaluations. Optimize the patient and family experience of care. Requirements Education Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required. BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire. Experience Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty. Licenses & Certifications NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required.
