• As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in delivering a seamless dealership experience.

Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner

Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department

Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions

Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination

Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed

Provide general administrative and front desk support
