Litigation Paralegal (Temp to Perm)

Assist attorneys through all stages of commercial and employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategy and preparation

Manage and organize case files, documents, exhibits, and litigation deadlines

Prepare and file court documents, including state and federal e-filing

Assist with all aspects of discovery and document production, including reviewing, organizing, and analyzing documents

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders

Provide administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management, scheduling, and maintaining contact lists

At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with substantial experience in commercial or employment litigation

Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures and rules of civil procedure

Experience with discovery, document production, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

Proficient in legal research and legal research databases

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology, including document management and e-filing systems
