Head of Property and Facilities

Maintenance TechnicianResponsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the clubs buildings and surrounding property, ensuring that legal requirements and health and safety standards are met.Essential functions:Create and execute a preventative maintenance schedule for the facility, including: HVAC equipment, replacing light bulbs and ballasts, checking drainage of all gutters, downspouts and drains, maintaining pumps for the pools, maintaining exercise equipment, mowing lawns, and paintingPurchase supplies and maintain supplies in working orderOperate within budget guidelines for the purchasing supplies, operational costs, pricing outside vendors and contractorsStrive to decrease direct and operating costs by pricing out multiple vendors and/or contractorsRespond promptly to all requests for repairs & maintenance. Prioritize requirements and inform management as necessaryNotify team and members, in advance when possible, of closure or unavailability of facilities due to necessary repairs & maintenance.
