PHYSICAL THERAPIST ( FULL-TIME)

Busy Rheumatology group in Skokie, IL is looking for a Physical Therapist who will join our current Physical Therapy Department .
We offer a four day work week Monday through Thursday (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) - No nights or weekends!! Three-day weekend every week!
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent patient care for our patients to achieve positive outcomes and engaging experience with our Physical Therapy Department
Pelvic Floor Therapy a plus
Dry needling certification a plus
Evaluate new patients, develop treatment plans and set goals.
Use of EHR system for all notes and evaluations.
Treat patients, answer any questions or concerns and educate them on their progress and rehabilitation.
Communicate with the provider regarding current status and review any concerns you may have regarding a patient.
Determine when to discharge the patient, and make sure all notes are supported and proper documentation is complete
Job Requirements:

• Illinois Licensed Physical Therapist
• At least three years of experience preferred, not required

Background in women’s health beneficial
