The posted compensation range of $18.90 - $29.24 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Facilitates, communicates and collaborates with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Assists with the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.
