Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more; Ensure the accuracy of test results through meticulous analysis, troubleshooting of discrepancies, and maintenance of lab instruments.
Participate in specimen collection and the preparation of samples for testing as necessary.
Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality excellence.
Uphold strict safety standards and adhere to regulatory and accreditation requirements to foster a secure environment.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, with a focus on ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare teams.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, particularly regarding quality control and accurate documentation.
